KAMALANI WILSON, CEO/President
Kamalani Wilson has been an active community volunteer, founding the LGBHawaii (Lesbian Gay Businesses of Hawaii) in 2009. His vision is to bridge the gap between LGBT communities and those who support them. The Mission of the LGBHawaii strives to grow, promote, increase the visibility while providing a link between the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered community here on Oahu and the businesses that support and respect this segment of the population. Many of the businesses in this organization are gay owned and operated or cater directly to this distinctive clientele. By providing members with educational and business development programs, marketing exposure and networking opportunities, the LGBHawaii empowers businesses to create, grow and retain business.
In addition to his volunteer work including board member of Life Foundation, non-profit organization dedicated to stopping the spread of HIV and to assisting people who are living with HIV and AIDS, Kamalani is the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Desert Watch Security, a firm which provides security systems to both the residential and commercial markets. Kamalani always reminds himself of a quote by Mahatma Gandhi: “Be the CHANGE you want to see in the world!”

KELLI BULLOCK, Photographer
Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Kelli moved to Hawaii in 2001 after an 8-year stint in a mountain town as a snowboard bum/photographer/office manager (in that order). She has been lucky enough to travel to each Hawaiian Island (except Niihau and Kaho’olawe), to capture the distinct beauty of each. She currently resides in Makiki, surfs and hikes as much as possible, and loves to be outdoors.
“Sometimes I shoot from the hip, snap on the fly, and take what I can get, and other moments I step back, breathe, and capture magic. I specialize currently in fine art, nature/scenic and unique (yet simple) portrait photography.” Kelli Bullock
Recently, Kelli’s work was featured in the 2010 Contemporary Photography in Hawaii Exhibit, and the Cincinnati ROHO Gallery’s Online Gallery and Book Exhibit “ONE cubed”. She is currently working on a private photographic essay about the Civil Union issue in Hawaii. She is very honored to be working with the LGBH staff and community and looks forward to sharing more of her work with Hawaii and beyond.
